Our History

R.M.G for Engineering Services, LTD (R.M.G) was established in 2011, by engineer Mohamad Gozeh. Having more than 45 years of engineering experience in Iraq and USA, he found the business opportunity and the need of engineering services in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

At that time, R.M.G for Engineering Services, LTD, was part of Rocky Mountain Group (RMG) of state of Colorado, USA. In 2018 the two companies were separated. R.M.G for Engineering Services, LTD have established a “mentor-protégé” relationship with RMG – Rocky Mountain Group which is based in the State Colorado- US. Rocky Mountain Group is not directly affiliated now, but worked and played a big role in training the staff in Iraq for over nine years.  This mentor-protégé relationship has provided technical training for local staff, helped execute complicated technical projects, increased the level of geotechnical services, and implemented specifications such as AASHTO, ASTM and British Standards in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.

During past years of providing services, R.M.G has completed engineering services for hundreds of projects throughout the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. R.M.G for Engineering Services, LTD also worked on government projects including industrial and commercial projects

Company Culture

In R.M.G we focus on our culture, as we believe a better culture will better serve our clients. In addition to the other factors of hiring qualified people, managers are making sure that the hired person is fitting R.M.G culture first.

Employees are getting lunch meal allowances, new year and Muslim feast bonuses most of the time. Any employee that gets married will receive a bonus. Any new born child of R.M.G employee family will receive a bonus. Any employee who want to learn the English language, the company will pay for a language course enrollment. Any employee who want to learn driving, R.M.G will pay for a learning course. Those are in addition to the other benefits which R.M.G is supporting and helping its employees. In R.M.G, we have a summer event where we all get together for a picnic trip and all will spend entire day together for fun. In the month of Holy Ramadan R.M.G employees are getting together for an Iftar party once a year.
